A little further from metro but overall good. Being offered free luggage storage

One of the best hostel that i stayed in Europe

It is not bad and quite clean but the bathroom is small I think it can be improved

Usual hostel conditions with good service

The room, toilet, and bathroom were clean. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the nearest subway station from the center, and it took about 9 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station to the hotel, but it didn't feel inconvenient. There was a large supermarket about a minute's walk from the hotel, where you could buy drinks, fruit, bread, yogurt, etc. I think this is a reasonable and convenient hotel. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and even printed out my airline ticket for me. It was very helpful. Thank you!

Transportation was very convenient as there was a tram running nearby. Since it was a very large hostel, there were many toilets and showers.

The staff was very helpful. Check-in and check-out are both smooth I was able to enter the room without stress. The shared kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots.

Although it is a little far from the center of Vienna, the nearest station is a 5-minute walk away. The woman at the front desk was very responsive.

Overall, it was good. The lady who greeted me when I checked in was very welcoming. It's an ordinary bunk bed with no cover, but the bed layout is unreasonable. My pillow is close to the next door's feet. At the same time, the location of the socket is very inconvenient for me.
