This time, I was in the room and another guest used the room card to open my room! ! ! Fortunately, I met a compatriot, so communication was convenient. I went to the front desk to ask and found out that they gave me the wrong room and gave the same room to two of us... What's more, the hotel asked me to change rooms the next day! They said that the hotel was full and they wanted to change back to the room type I originally booked. I didn't want to take advantage of you, but I really didn't want to toss because I had too much luggage. Because a similar situation happened last year, I specifically emphasized at the front desk this time that they didn't want to upgrade my room. I didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the stay! Last year was also very excessive. They asked me to check out at 11 o'clock, store my luggage, and check in after 3 pm! I flew all the way from China to watch the show, and I didn't do anything all day, so I accompanied you to change rooms? Anyway, everything should be based on their work convenience...

The location was good and very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable.

First of all, the location is really good. Although Austria has better security than other European countries, this region in particular was even better. On the day I went to Schonbulon Palace, I went down to the lower level and got scolded because I was scared because the atmosphere was so different from the one where I was staying.

الموقع ممتاز على بعد خطوات من السنتر ، والفندق نظيف ، واللوبي واسع ومريح ، محطة المترو قريبة جدا ، يوجد مكيف ، انصح به اذا كان السعر مناسب ، لان الاسعار على حسب الموسم ، من السلبيات ان الغرفة لايوجد بها خزائن للملابس ، ولا غلاية ماء ، ولا كوي للملابس ممكن موجود بالطلب ، ولا ثلاجة .
