Decent location with tram to the city centre within 100m of the front door.
Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side.
The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them
From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option.
Overall, great value for money!

The room is very large with very high ceilings and clean enough but note that there is no air conditioning
Very good with kitchen and cutlery
The location is not close to the city center attractions but there is a light rail at the door that can be taken to half an hour or so directly
There is a place in the basement to put your luggage but if you pass the check out time password you can't enter the main door I just happened to have someone out the door before I got back to get my luggage
Only hand sanitizer and shower gel are provided in the bathroom Others must be prepared
There are two major supermarkets and a DM about 5 minutes walk nearby which is very convenient

Do not book this apartment, can not contact them at all 😅😅
Seeing that their official website also trip.com also shows that you can check in after 3pm, and it is self-service check-in, thought you can check in anytime.
We booked 3 days 2 nights, August 1-3, we arrived on August 1 at around 10:30 pm, as a result did not receive check-in instructions at all, also contacted the apartment, whether it was sending emails, text messages, calling was no one responded 😅
As a result, we spent a night outside and did not successfully check in on the first night. As a result, I personally asked trip.com several times, the trip.com company returned the cost of that night to me, and from the beginning I could not directly contact the staff of the apartment.
It's extremely absurd, Hong Kong people do not book this place when they see this comment 😅😅 I have never booked accommodation so stupidly
