Decent location with tram to the city centre within 100m of the front door.
Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side.
The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them
From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option.

The room is very large with very high ceilings and clean enough but note that there is no air conditioning
Very good with kitchen and cutlery
The location is not close to the city center attractions but there is a light rail at the door that can be taken to half an hour or so directly
There is a place in the basement to put your luggage but if you pass the check out time password you can't enter the main door I just happened to have someone out the door before I got back to get my luggage
Only hand sanitizer and shower gel are provided in the bathroom Others must be prepared
There are two major supermarkets and a DM about 5 minutes walk nearby which is very convenient

The room is very large, with an independent balcony, a coffee machine, a sofa bed, kitchenware and tableware. It is clean and quiet. There is no odor in the room. Even if you cook in the house, you can open the front and back windows for convection and the odor will dissipate quickly.

It was quite a large room for three people. With a separate bathroom and dressing room. Trams were driving outside the window, but you couldn't really hear them. We were there in December - it was warm in the room, you can set the temperature in the radiators yourself.
