The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions yet quiet at night.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay for solo travelers!
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really good experience. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and helpful staff. It’s easy to meet new people, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone and want both comfort and good vibes!

Great location of the hostel as it is close to the main train station of Vienna. But the hostel's kitchen is not well maintained and we couldn't use it.

Very nice hotel and well organized, the receptionist was very helpful however he was the only one there so it will be nice if there were other staff
I arrived around 11pm but the place was bright and bussing with people

The hostel is very close to the railway station, the location is perfect. But the beds layout of the hostel are very weird. There were two non-bunk beds placed close together, which meant you were practically sleeping with a stranger, which was awful. I don't know why a hostel would do that, this is too much weird.😅😅😅

There’s only one counter for check-in, but many self check-in kiosks. However, there can be long queues at check-in time.
The room was clean, but you need to put the bedding, pillow covers, and blanket covers on yourself.
The room has two bunk beds and two single beds, and the toilet is separate from the shower room. There is also a locker inside the room.
If you are a female solo traveler, I recommend requesting a female-only room, as it’s more comfortable. I was placed in a mixed room with one man, and later that night two more men arrived. Luckily, they didn’t turn on the light, so they probably didn’t notice I was there, and I left early in the morning.
The hostel also has a luggage room where you can leave your bags after check-out.
