This 4 star hotel has a great location, just a few minutes from the metro and right in the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel vibes has a charming antique feel, which adds to its character. However, cleanliness couls be improved - I found a strand of hair in the towel, which was a bit off-putting. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and with better attention to cleanlinesa, it would be an excellent choice.

The location is very good, the room is cleaned every day, the service attitude of the front desk staff is good, and the sound insulation is okay. The hotel facilities are relatively traditional, you still have keys🔑, but you can leave them at the counter for easy departure. When we arrived, the service staff helped us push our luggage into the room, which was very nice.
The elevator broke down on the last day and unfortunately we were on the seventh floor so climbing up and down was really tiring. If we can know in advance how many hours the elevator will be repaired in the afternoon, we can avoid going back to the hotel, waiting at a coffee shop or other attractions at that time. The hotel also did not provide compensation, inform us when the elevator will be repaired, or proactively apologize. This area can really be improved!

The hotel location was great, but the hotel room was very small and stuffy. The heater worked well, so it wasn't cold.
