I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in a row. The next morning I plugged a power bank into the bedside socket to charge, and then went out. When I returned to the room at night, I found that all the sheets and quilt covers had been removed, and the power bank, data cable and plug were all missing. The receptionist on duty at night refused to talk to me directly in English, saying that my spoken English was too poor. Finally, I asked him in a very strong tone if he refused to contact the cleaner for me, and he changed his mind and said that the cleaner was off work at this time (less than 9 pm), and I needed to go to the front desk at 7 am the next morning to ask, and he would contact me. My question was handed over to my colleague who was on duty the next morning. He didn't do that at all. I went to the front desk on time at 7 o'clock the next morning to inquire.
