Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable ! The proximity to the train station, just a short 3-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, having two supermarkets right opposite the hotel was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and provided us with a very comfortable stay. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even helping us to print our opera tickets. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

We were given an executive suite during check in. Welcome drink were offered by friendly receptionist.Location was good.About 10 mins walk to QBB train station or bus main station.Plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed our stay!!

Room is clean, spacious and cater for old people with wheel chair. A few Minimarket nearby for groceries. 15 min walk to Naschmarkt and 40 min walk to St Stephen's Cathedral. The long walk make easy by all window shopping along the way.

The hotel facilities are very good, and the room very clean and tidy. The covid rules were different than advertised and they rejected me even being vaccinated and even being confirmed with the certificate in the morning. After a long trip And waiting for the room to be ready I had to travel around to carry out a test. They even asked me to go to another city to sleep. Not very helpful. Breakfast staff not very friendly either.

It's very good. The hotel is right next to the train station. It only takes less than 15 minutes to walk after getting off the train station. The train station has public transportation to various places. The room is also very clean and hygienic. We were allowed to check in early. Great!

The room is large in space, the environment is clean and sanitary, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a USB charging socket at the bedside. The facilities are good and complete, and the front desk staff has an excellent attitude!

Good hotel overall, close to the Metro/buses which allow you to quickly reach important places. Very pleasant staff. The only small “negative” point was the breakfast. Very good but sometimes you had to wait for glasses/cutlery.

The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station, only about 10 minutes' walk. The hotel environment is clean, but the elevator is thin and can only accommodate about 3 people. The lobby waiter is friendly!
