Room was not very clean, bathroom light was broken and was making unbearable noise, elevator was not working and we didn’t get any compensation. Very disappointed for the price we paid I was expecting highest quality

We arrived late Sunday evening after a very long day of travel. The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and loved the bathrobes. Location was terrific. In heart of center city. My college age daughters and I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Vienna.
