We really liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was great, the coffee as well. We got a quiet room, which we enjoyed so much. The location is excellent, everything is within easy reach by underground. We really missed the fridge in the room as neither lunch nor dinner is available at the hotel. The mattress of the bed could have been harder. All in all, we recommended the hotel to everyone if you want to stay at a good place for a reasonable price.

The hotel's location is very good, as it is right next to the subway station, making it convenient for travelers to travel. But I really don't understand why the room cleaners always forget to put towels and shower gel for me every day, which makes my experience very bad. And I was arranged to live on the first floor. The soundproofing of this room was not very good. I could hear the guests on the first floor going to the public toilet. It woke me up on the first day and was very uncomfortable. Apart from these two points, everything is good.

I was very pleased with nearly all aspects of this hotel, including the room facilities and breakfasts. It seemed most efficiently managed and kept really clean. Thought not centrally located, it had extremely easy links with the centre via nearby access to the transport system. I had one minor gripe, which was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

After writing a review and correctly saying this hotel is situated in "Little Turkey" the manager Dimitrij Simulevski proceeded to call me racist and other names. Correctly letting people know that the hotel is situated near Kebabs and looks like it is in Little Turkey is not racist but something called the TRUTH. Please learn it dear. People don't want to travel from all over the world and stay in Austria when it looks like Little Turkey. Why do that? And don't be ashamed of it. Just admit it. It is a fact. I would avoid this hotel not only because it is NOWHERE near anything and we had to Uber everywhere but it is also situated near the Kebabs and Turks. This is unfortunately the big reason why Austria and other parts of Europe look like they do. You might want to take a leaf out of Poland's book and look after yourself first. You should be proud to be Austrian and not want to support Turks and other non Austrians. That is just sad. Look after yourself dear. Should you respond and call me names again for telling the truth - I will respond again and make another review. Thank you and take care, Little Turkey.

An average hotel not near anything but the Turks. So if you want to visit little Turkey in the middle of Vienna, this is the place for you. Breakfast was good. The beds were somewhat comfortable and very few amenities inside the room. The heaters kept the room very warm.
