The hotel is in a great location, next to the pedestrian street in the center of Vienna, very close to Swarovski. It is very convenient for shopping, close to attractions, and right next to Stephen's Cathedral.

The staff are lovely, friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and have a tub to soak in, which is very comfortable during the winter. The accommodation location is in the city center. Just a short walk to the subway station. Or you can walk out and take the tram, it's not too far, about 500 meters.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Stephen's Cathedral, it is very convenient to the Sissi Museum, Hofburg, and Golden Hall. You can walk there. I am very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness. This is a historic hotel, and the lobby and rooms have wonderful European-style furniture. There was a hair dryer in the room, and a kettle was available for rent. Even though I don't speak English very well, I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I would like to stay again.
