The room was good size and very near to the Wien HBF station, which also had the tram stop. I love the washing machine within the unit. Did not try breakfast.

The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay.

This is my second time to stay here.
Everything is still well-maintained, but there is a daily charge of 10€ for a baby cot, which seems quite expensive.
The hotel only provides hard water, which isn't suitable for babies.
Therefore, if you are bringing a baby to visit this city, you might consider buying the baby water from the DM store.

I feel very disappointed since my room has no air conditioning (cooling) at night. I asked the duty staff for assistance and he told me to open the window. But when I opened the window, the air conditioning stopped. The duty staff later come to my room and also admitted that the room is warm and abnormal. But the duty staff told me he cannot help anymore.

I stayed for 5 nights from May 23rd to May 28th, and the deposit was canceled 150 euros, but the credit card company has not refunded it yet. My reservation number is ****************.

우리는 잘츠부르크 방문도 계획 있어기에 역이 가까워 편하게 다녔습니다. 근처 슈퍼도 있어 간단한 먹을거리 사기에도 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인했을때 150유로가 빠져나갔는데, 5/28일 체크아웃했는데 아직 환불처리가 늦어져 조금 불안할 뿐입니다.
위치상 우수하고 룸컨디션 괜찮아서 추천합니다!!

Exellent location but slightly below standards of Adina, especially compared to the ones in Frankfurt. Overall great stay, good staff and convinient location for business travel
