Great location only 3 stops from karlsplatz (opera house - centre). Good amenities the spa area was great to relax in and use of fitness. One issue, no windows that open and they turn the air con off in October so when it's great weather you'll be sweating to sleep, hence a struggle, they provide a fan to aid it but not the quality of other 4 stars I've been to.

Forget that hotel - No cleaning Servis at mornings time. No one cares of your room. No water no coffee not clean glasses. Don’t give any your clothes to try cleaning because you will be tricked with price and all. Is not worthy of they name and of the money you pay. Been very disappointed. Great location. Six minutes walk to U4 metro station. Two minutes (building opposite, entrance on the right) grocery store. The room has a coffee maker, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, safe. Very clean. Big room. No slippers or robes. Only capsules for the coffee machine will be replenished every day. Everything else (water, tea, sugar, toiletries) depends on your luck. There is no door to the shower from the bathroom and water gets on the floor in front of the sink. I have already come across this design in another hotel, but there was a stylish and comfortable mop in the bathroom. Those. The water could be removed carefully. I think it would be nice for this hotel to provide something in the bathroom to remove water from the floor. Dogs are allowed.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. From there you can get directly to Karlsplatz, main train station, Schönbrunn Palace and Mariahilfer Straße The room we booked was a deluxe room but the room had the tilting windows we wanted, but not floor-high ones but small ones and our room was very small. The deluxe rooms face the inner courtyard and are quieter, but the view is not nice and so we changed to a superior room. Very large room, nice and bright and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Every day there is Prosecco, waffles and fresh juices to make yourself and an omelette of your choice. We would book the hotel again - but we would get a superior room!

in overall ok compared to price eventough you notice the hotel is somewhat old. Staff kind. The BAD thing is that Resturant/Bar opens in the evening and you have nothing (a coffe, beer, snack) to get in the hotel until 18:00!

Unless you were prepared to pay 28 Euros for breakfast there was no opportunity to obtain any means of refreshment whatsoever until the bar opened at 6pm, which I have never known before at a Hotel with such high standards
