The hostess was extra helpfull and made the stay feel welcoming. The location is very good since there are lots of cafes and dining options nearby, also there's a train station just around the corner. Beautiful and comfortable apartments, everything ran smoothly. Loved it

Excellent small apartment for two, with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery crockery. Very comfy bed and pillows. Towels changed daily and bed made up daily. English BBC News channel on tv. Washing machine available. Friendly knowledgable staff and lounge with free coffi/ tea in office hours available. Outside sitting space available too.

Good location, washer dryer room, coffee dock, excellent staff, but small for a couple our room, tiny lift so no good for outsize bags, a few bars and restaurants in the area bus 13a good for train station, did museums and art galleries as rained a lot whilst there, Albertina and Belvedere excellent galleries and Schonbrunnn pre booked concert fantastic

This is an old property and the rooms seem to be renovated. There were different wings inside the hotel. Front office person was very polite and helpful with all the queries. Location is okay, near to the parliament house and other attractions. We had booked 5 rooms. 3 in one building, 2 in the other. The elevator is too small, it will just fit in your luggage. Our apartment had bed upstairs, there were no windows upstairs and the AC was not working. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The bathrooms are small. There is no safe/ storage locker in the apartment if that matters. The rooms however were clean. And the kitchenette had decent amount of cutlery. There are a few restaurants in the walking vicinity of the hotel.

Lovely, spacious apartment. We stayed here with our 2 teenagers. Main bedroom is big with fitted wardrobe. Living space had 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs and a large tv. Apartment was well equipped. Reception staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a courtyard with seating. Apartment is located in district 8. Which is @15 min walk from the sights. We enjoyed staying here. Note - no safe in apartment. This was not an issue for us but might be for some.

We just returned from a stay in the Levante. As a family of 5, 3 of whom are teenagers the apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and a central location within walking distance to all the main sites. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Levante Rathaus and we look forward to returning in the very near future.

I'm sorry to have to write a review of this type, but the apartment where we stayed was very dirty, upon our arrival we found the toilet brush already dirty with paper, the tub abhorrent to say the least and dust everywhere. I think it is right to highlight this, since the images provided by the site do not represent the reality found. At least in our case. Absolutely not recommended!

It has exceeded my expectations. Everything very good, very comfortable. You have it all. Charming building. Area with many places to eat, supermarket, tram. Walking in 10 minutes to the town hall square. We loved it.
