No toothbrush, no slippers, no cleaning.
Front desk service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00.
The kitchen is well equipped, but unfortunately we didn't use it. The hotel is a simple apartment decoration, very exquisite. No breakfast served.
There is a tram track at the door.

This is one of the best run hotels anywhere. Great value for money. So much better than a standard hotel room. At the Park73 we had a suite with spacious bedroom, living room area and kitchen with oven, dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the streetcar so you can get anywhere very easily. Staff were so helpful, everything was super clean and comfortable.

Really well run property. Clean and very well presented. Easy local train to and from airport stops 500m from door. Tram into the city very cheap but easily walkable

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchenette made it very easy to make coffee to take out to the balcony. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away, no need for a car.

Great apartments. Clean and very spacious (although no daily cleaning). The sofa-bed in the living room is super comfy!!! The staff very nice, they help you with everything. Umbrellas available.

The service was extremely kind and polite, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped. The hotel was near bus stations and access to the city centre is very easy. The underground garage is available. Overall, the hotel is really nice and we recommend it :)

PROs: This hotel is almost perfect! It is very quiet and clean. The rooms are big and they are equipped with everything you need. The kitchen comes with a cooking machine, with a dishwasher and a big fridge, so you can cook your own food if you want. The staff is very friendly and they smile all the time. WIFI connection is good and stable. There is a big supermarket across the street. CONs: there is no restaurant in the hotel, meaning that you can not have a proper breakfast. There are no slippers in the room, so you have to buy them from supermarket. The coffee at the reception is very expensive: 4 Eur for a cup of coffe is too much! Cleaning is done every 3 days. I also found an interesting video review of this hotel on youtube, you can see everything in it.
