The service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you would need, except a kettle for making tea. However there were two kettles and many flavour tea packs in the common area, which was very convenient and we used it several times!

The location is convenient, with all major tourist attractions within walking distance.
It is located a little back from the main road, so I am a little concerned about walking around at night, but I felt that it was a safe area.
There was no problem with hot water in the shower.
I was also grateful that there was a hair dryer in the room.
I was satisfied with the location and there were no particular inconveniences or lack of cleanliness.

Access from the station is a little difficult, but the front desk staff are very friendly. I just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was able to check in early, which was helpful. The room was clean and spacious, so I was very satisfied!

The property is located in a strategic position, close to the center which can be reached on foot, practically next to the museum area and has a convenient bus stop and a nearby subway line U4. The room assigned to us was new: plaster, floors, and all the furniture including the bathroom. Small bathroom but for two people it was more than fine. Large shower. Very friendly staff. I would gladly return.

The room is quite clean and tidy! The facilities are relatively simple! No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, no free mineral water, no kettle! But the breakfast is not bad, I don’t have high personal requirements! Good! It's quite plain and quiet, I like plainness!
