The room is quite clean and tidy! The facilities are relatively simple! No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, no free mineral water, no kettle! But the breakfast is not bad, I don’t have high personal requirements! Good! It's quite plain and quiet, I like plainness!

I think the location is very good.
The building is built like a European building, which is good, but I was a little worried about the sound of the corridor echoing well into the room.

I paid £75 for a single room with private bathroom and while basic it was ideal for a good nights sleep. My room looks like it has been refurbished compared to older photos. I got a single duvet and soft pillow which I like. Plenty of plug outlets. There is AC which is one of the reasons I booked it. The room was a good size, had a wardrobe with hangers and safe. The bathroom was an ok size with a shower. There was soap provided and a hairdryer. There was a small window with no curtain which was strange but it didn’t bother me. I didn’t have breakfast but you can pay to add it on. The location was ideal, about 15 mins walk from the Opera area, 25 mins to the canal/Wien HBF and there were restaurants all round the hotel.

Extremely clean room, and cleaned every day I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful I found the breakfast was perfect and fresh every morning Fantastic location, very central and within walking distance to the underground. As a female who travelled alone, I felt very safe.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel in Vienna. convenient location, close to the center. the cleanliness of the hotel is very good, rooms ok, furnishings not very modern but still nice and clean. friendly staff. breakfast could be improved, perhaps adding some more sweet options

Small rooms and from the time of tell me. It seems that there are no walls and you can hear everything from the next rooms (conversations, television, snoring...) There is a hair dryer and towels. It is close to a shopping street but to get to the important buildings you have to walk quite a bit. There is a metro stop about ten minutes away. The reception staff were friendly.
