In the late 20th century the building was a bank which can still be seen when you visit our fitness sauna area as the safedoors are still built in. In 2004 the interior of the building was renovated. 13;10;This building is listed on the historical register of the City of Vienna. Family room is big and the location of hotel is excellent. Great breakfast and nice staff. The only problem is the sockets which do not work well with my travel adapters and when I turned off light, some sockets would also be tuned off.

The location is convenient. It's just opposite the Central Cafe. You can buy everything nearby. The hotel is quite new. The room is relatively large and clean. The waiter's attitude is also very good. It is worth staying again. Recommended

The welcome is deplorable.
Check-in and check-out are catastrophic: I had to negotiate to get them to agree to verify that the room had been paid for, otherwise I would have paid twice.

Location is very good but staff are not friendly
It's good for a short stay, but if you stay for a long time, I recommend another hotel

Hot and noisy night
This was the second time I stayed here and I booked the hotel for it's location. It was an unusual warm day in Vienna and the room was registering 26 degrees. I asked for help to turn the air con on and was informed that this is not working during the winter months ( we are in March). I therefore slept with the window wide open to try and be comfortable, which in turn meant waking up every hour to the noise outside on the street. Less than a good nights sleep.
In addition the shower had mould all over the floor, which is below standard.

The room was good but it was so warm. We had to have the window wide open all night.

It was central, with many main attractions a few minutes walk away. Room was a good size , light and airy. Bathroom was of a good standard. Staff informative and helpful.
Only criticism room very warm.... appreciate it was cold outside, but unable to dial it down just a little.
