When booking a hotel, I switched back and forth between pages and didn't notice the date was wrong. After payment, I found the problem and called the hotel immediately. The hotel refused to refund or reschedule.
The staff was extremely blunt during the communication process.

The Hotel is located in a strategic position for anyone wishing to visit the city. In front of the entrance door there is a tram stop from which numerous lines pass that connect directly or indirectly with the center, at 50 meters there is a subway stop thanks to which you can go everywhere, even to take the train to the airport which, thanks to this discount, can be reached for just €2.80! The Hotel is very clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and effective. The rooms are nice and welcoming and the breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended also for the quality / price ratio. I would definitely come back.

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed as if we were at home. Very comfortable and warm hospitality. Breakfast was varied and all drinks were good. Special thanks to Gaia for hosting us well.
