Hotel Astoria Vienna, Curio Collection by Hilton

Location is superb. Service is fine. Room is new and well maintained, amenities are mostly absent, need to collect from front desk, such as cotton wool, toothpaste, bedroom slippers etc. There is no hair conditioner provided by hotel, so pls byo. Chambermaid did not vacuum under the bed, lots of dust ball under the bed. Room is quiet and bed is comfortable. Hotel also does not have luggage stand, so we had to bend frequently to retrieve things from our luggage that is placed on the floor. Hotel is well maintained, looks newly renovated. Lots of supermarket nearby.

This hotel is beautiful, and the vintage elevator is very charming and fun to use. Housekeeping comes every day to tidy up the room. It’s also close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the carpet and floor felt a bit sticky and not very clean.

Very good hotel. Location next to Opera House, close to many hot visiting spots in inner City. Service is good. Breakfast is nice, can order freshly made egg items in addition to buffet items. Umbrellas at hotel entrance is excellent, when we have a rainy week in Vienna. Enjoy the stay.

Hotel are uniquely design, a key is literal key with a huge key chain. There also no bottle of water in the room and we were told to drink from a tap. Try that but when boiling the tap water, there are some kind of residual afloat.

The hotel is old school and charming with physical keys and upgraded bathrooms. The physical condition is beautiful, classical, and excellent. The location is central Vienna walkable to symphony, Opera, museums, restaurants, etc. The staff is kind and helpful. There is no attached restaurant except for breakfast, but there are many restaurants of all kinds within 5 minutes walking. I would stay here again with great pleasure.

The hotel was beautiful with classy installations. The location was amazing to walk around the center of Vienna and explore the iconic landmarks the city has to offer. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a double vanity bathroom and big bathtub. I highly recommend staying at the Astoria Vienna and will definitely come back whenever I travel back to Austria.
