We wrote to Trip.com and asked for a refund of the booking costs for the hotel. That was a week ago, to date we have not received any written notification of the refund. We only get emails every 2 days that it is being processed. Unfortunately, this is not a quick process. We hope that the situation at the airports will normalize again and that we can book the hotel in Vienna again with Trip.com. Of course, this also depends on the reimbur*****t of the booking costs for the unused overnight stay.
