Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him.

The room was very nice and big, had a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Great, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the advertised king-size bed wasn't there, but at least it was a double bed. Unfortunately, the positive points were ruined by the lack of cleanliness. The whole room smelled of mold and the kitchen was full of ants, and that was without any food lying around. The air conditioning didn't really work either.
We also didn't receive an email with the PIN for the room door. But that seems to be a known problem. It's a shame that you can't let us know in advance - we should have checked before we arrived. At first we thought we wouldn't be able to get in. Well, after waiting 30 minutes and calling again and again, a very nice gentleman answered and gave us the code.

In terms of value for money, the room was spacious. It had a kitchen area although not very well stocked. Location is average - a bit far out but good transport connections The check in was a difficult although that was mainly my fault - they send you instructions but it was to an email address I no longer had access to and could get it, took about an hour to check in with *********** but all sorted in the end
