worths every penny to book a room with a balcony which overlooks the city or the park. the location is in a quiet street yet within walking diatance 15-20 minutes to many attractions. friendly staff and nice service . great stay!!

The room aircon was not working properly, not cooling enough. The furniture look old and sofa look dirty.

We have come here for the second time. But this time, the first thrilling event in my life of a hotel experience occurred. In the middle of the night, about 1 a.m. A fire alarm sounded. We had to check out this morning where we had already packed our luggage. We stayed on the 12th floor. We ran down the stairs carrying our belongings. About 40 minutes, firefighters take time to check. In conclusion, some customers turn on the water too hot to take a shower, causing steam to rise, so a fire alarm occurs. But fortunately nothing serious happened, everyone was safe and went back to sleep.

I am in Vienna. When I came here, the staff was friendly and nice. The location is also close to Mirabell Garden, so it's good for sightseeing!! The breakfast is not bad and the room is larger than expected.

The views are amazing and the hotel is located in good walking distance from the majority of the city. Will definitely stay there during future visits to Vienna.

They were doing carpet repairs in the 13 floor and the smell of glue permeated the whole floor and gave me a headache. Tiny room. Great view though. Great breakfast

Beautiful views of the city tucked away from crowds and yet very close to everything. The park was beautiful. Checking in we were given a room in a hallway under construction. The checkin person was rude and angry we did not want a room under construction. However the manager was called and we were given a wonderful room. The night shift checkin on Friday night needs to get a lesson in customer service.
