am a guest staying in room 328 from 2–3–10.
On one of the nights, I requested dinner and my order was accepted. However, I was asked to provide a tip in advance. I declined and explained that I had many coins and would give them later directly to the restaurant.
Unfortunately, I waited in my room for four hours, and the dinner was never delivered. As I am diabetic and have stomach issues, it was essential for me to eat in order to take my medication. I was unable to have any meal since there are no nearby restaurants outside the hotel.
I would like to note that earlier the same day I had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. I sincerely thank the waitress who served me for her kindness and professionalism. I also extend my gratitude to the reception staff for their polite and efficient service.
However, what happened with the dinner service harms the hotel’s reputation, and such inconsistency in treating guests is unacceptable. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure it does not happen again to other guests.

Room is clean and big, we add extra bed for kid, still have a lot of space, breakfast is good, you can dine in outside to enjoy the nature breeze! Hotell staffs are friedly with good service!

Service at this hotel was practically non-existent. Upon our late-night arrival, the only interaction was the check-in process—nobody offered help with our luggage or held the door open, both at check-in and check-out. Later, when we called to request a single additional bottle of water after a long day of travelling, the staff’s response was surprising. We were told that the “premium water from the Alps” is not refilled daily and were instructed to drink tap water instead. It was unclear whether the water could be provided upon request, but despite waiting, no bottle ever arrived.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels. For a brand known for consistent quality, these basic service and cleanliness issues were disappointing.
On the side note, I am Hilton honors gold member and this is the worst hotel from the chain so far.

Very basic amenities were provided. No slippers, tooth paste & tooth brush. The restaurant only provided limited food choices and charged you for hot water and bread even if you did not order it. Some staff were nice. Good in terms of scenery and room size but a bit far from major tourist and shopping areas

The view and the vibe are amazing! You can enjoy the sunset at the riverside canteen or walk along the river that is really relaxing. Also, the pool is great, especially during summer. But it only opens until 8pm which we did not catch up. Above, it was quite good. Recommended :)
