I had a great stay at Saint Shermin. The location is perfect - very close to the centre, easily walking distance to all the major attractions. The metro station is also really close if you don’t wanna walk. The online checkin was convenient, the staff leave various drinks and snacks in the reception area (some, like champagne, for a price, others for free). The room was ideal for a solo traveller: affordable, the bed was comfy, the air con worked well, the shower was powerful and hot! Would definitely stay again. Many thanks!

The photos are deceptive, it looks beautiful, but in reality it has no quality, it is almost the same as a youth hostel, but they dare to charge a high price

The room was compact, but it was fine for a single person. The old town was within walking distance, and the location was great. The front desk was only open from 7:00 to 13:00, but they were quick to respond to emails.

Very friendly, clean and quiet hotel just behind Karlsplatz. Tram in front of the house with direct connection to the State Opera, Hofburg and Burgtheater. Subway a good 5 minutes walk away. Tastefully furnished rooms, courteous service, quiet location. Everything perfect!

The personnel and the breakfast were really nice and the room was spacious, but for the price there are better locations in Vienna. The bathroom is very uncomfortable due to its size.

If you approach this property with a sense of peace and tranquility, you will be rewarded. It is simple, clean, quiet and friendly. We used it as “tranquility base” for our wanderings. Felt like my bedroom at home. But it is simple. Watch for your door code in the email.
