The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station, which makes it very convenient. You can reach all parts of Vienna by train. The room was adequate for two people; overall it was fine, although there was no refrigerator or glasses. The air conditioning was automatic with a time limit, so it could not be controlled individually. The breakfast was good and offered everything needed. The staff was also good.

Amazing location near the main station. Unfortunately, I stayed on the first floor near the elevator and there was some sudden noise from other guests. Generally, good quality/price.

The vibe is cozy and stylish, perfect for relaxing exploring Vienna. We visited the basement bar and were truly impressed by one of the female staff members(Rosi). Her service was attentive, polite, and genuinely thoughtful—she understood our needs and always offered suitable suggestions and help. Thanks to her, we had a really wonderful and enjoyable night!

The hotel is in an excellent location. They are trying to become a digital hotel with phone access to rooms but the app never worked. The room was spacious and they have self service lockers to store baggage after check out. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better.

Weird air-condition which has only eco mode... it was super hot in the rooms and air-condition was turning on only for about 10 mins every hour. Also we found silver-fish in our room... its a bit overpriced for all of this...

Close to the main station, with a tram to the city right outside. Rooms are nice and clean, although the ladder to the upstairs bed is a bit difficult to climb.
