Oliver Apartments | Contactless Check-IN

Clean room, and just 3-5mins walk from U4 station. The room is setting is good. There’s a little kitchen, it made us feel like home. The only bad part of it is it charged us 15 euro for the early check in.

Great place to stay and was near all major transport routes. It was a 15 minute bus ride into the city. The flat was well stocked (dishes and glasses) and even came with a dishwasher and a fridge (with a small freezer) Access was via the door card and the rooms were soundproofed. There was a Penny shop opposite, so that you could pick up essentials. My only wish was that they had one in every major city. It was a massive saving, compared to a hotel.

We stayed at Oliver like home for four nights in June. The apartment we chose was a deluxe , what a great choice as it was super spacious, Uber clean and had a little balcony, which was invaluable! Check in was smooth, we arrived early and had already arranged an early check in but the contactless system wouldn’t allow us entry, a quick call to the help desk and we were in in minutes! The apartment itself was big and really comfortable, lots of storage space, a little kitchenette with glasses , plates , fridge, kettle and toaster. We didn’t use the hot plates or the microwave as we ate out in the evenings. We just had breakfast in the apartment. There is a supermarket across the road and also a Lidl 5 minutes walk away. There are 2 underground stations about 6 mins away and these take you to everywhere you need to go sightseeing! We do recommend getting a citycard as is fabulous for getting around! All in all Oliver was a great find and would highly recommend it to anyone! Would definitely go for a deluxe one though and ask for a higher floor as the ground floor ones look a little dark with all of the bushes in the grounds.

Everything went pretty smoothly, the apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable although not really sure what the second midget pillow is about. The shower was powerful and always lots of hot water. There are manuals for appliances on the guest app but that's not going to help you much with the dishwasher as there's no English version so you will have to guess. The kitchen area has everything you need but is very compact with no prep area, there's not even room for the kettle so that is in a different area of the apartment. There's plenty of cupboard space and the microwave/grill cooks well. Just a couple of things to be aware of, they send you a link to check in on the morning of your stay which was fine but when you get there the machine can't find you, I then had to call to try and sort it out , it couldn't find us because they had allocated a room number and emailed it to me, tbh checking my emails is the last thing I'm going to be doing whilst travelling so that could be a bit clearer as when you check in they don't tell you that's what they're going to do. The second is the tv, there are a lot of channels but only one in English which is the China and global tv news which as you can imagine gets a bit boring after a while. There's a supermarket across the road which says it closes at 8 but they want you out at 7.30 and closes earlier at weekends so make sure you get everything that you want earlier in the day. There's also a couple of nice restaurants close by, Bauernbraeu which is Austrian and Al teatro l'idea which is Italian. The underground is really close by and only takes a few minutes to walk.

Location is very good, close to U4 metro line and 57A bus station to city centre. Less than one hour to airport using public transport. The apartment was very clean, very well mentained, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were confortable. Check-in and check-out online, instructions received via e-mail. Would stay here again for sure.
