The hotel is very new, well-equipped, and the service is very good. The breakfast selection is rich and the room is very comfortable. Very close to the subway, and the nearby functions are also very convenient! Will definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The hotel cheated tourists out of money. The platform had already paid all the fees, but they charged an extra 83 euros for the room. I checked out the next day and asked the front desk for a refund. They said they would refund it within 3 working days, but I have not received it yet.

It's near the subway station. Take U4 for five stops from the Golden Hall.

Clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was okay but having to clean my own table when there is multiple staff available was a little annoying, feels like an Ikea. Housekeeping was fine. Internet was atrocious in our room but speedy in restaurant.

A very new very good located hotel neat Schonbrunn Palace. U-Bahn stop is near the hotel. Very freindly staff an i might add a gorgeous view of the city and a glipse of Schonbrunn's Gloriette. The only things this hotel are missing is the minifridge and a better AC for the southern faced rooms. The glass wall makes the room very hott and the AC does not cool the room as it should.

Hotel is newly opened, staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:30, we were eating between 8 and 8:30 and there was no shortage of anything, staff filled up the plates as soon as they got empty. It was a lot of people during the breakfast but there was always few free tables and no one needed to wait. We got room on 6th floor, comfort room for 4, very spacious, light, with great view. There were soap and shower soap in bathroom, and four glasses. Tv was big, room clean, towels checked and replaced daily if needed. Beds were a bit hard, pillows a bit small. We could buy meal during the day for reasonable price (but we liked more Kaplan Kebap near the hotel). Subway station is directly in front of the hotel, big parking garage is just across the hotel (with parking price of 7€ per day).

As honoured to be the first to check in to this very modern, beautiful hotel , perfect for families as it has free breakfast to his finest, close to the Metro Station , Billa+ grocery store, pharmacy and local eateries right below the hotel in Vio Plaza. This brand new hotel achieved its finest that every newest tourist to Vienna will fine convienient. The hotel team has achieved their best foot forward to the Front desk team (Michael) to the night team that gave their best aside from the usual opening hotel glitches/"hiccups" that occured during our stay. From the power-surge to ceiling noise, the Night Manager satisfied our stay to immediate room move. Every staff to the Hub and housekeeping always portrayed an Austrian "Smile"

This hotel is more of a youth hostel than a hotel. When we visited Vienna, the H2 was full of young people who made a terrible noise in the corridors every night. A request for quiet did not help. Neither did our complaint to reception. They promised to remedy the situation, but nothing was done. Our shower was broken, but it had not been repaired by the time we left. In the afternoon, there was drilling in the building, and many floors do not appear to be finished yet. This is a new building. The loud room ventilation switched on at 6 a.m., and you could not turn it off yourself. The entrance to the H2 is a little difficult to find. The reception is on the 2nd floor of a huge building. There are no shelves and no closet. The room gets very hot because of the oversized windows. The curtains do not keep out the light. The mattresses are very hard, the pillows much too soft. A closet, shelves, and a bedside table were missing. There are no toilets in the breakfast area, in the bar, or in the lobby. The receptionists were friendly, but they were not prepared to deal with complaints. The breakfast, however, was a real highlight in this H2 hotel. Everything else is pretty forgettable.

Schone simpele kamers.

Üblicher Preis in Wien. Klare Empfehlung!
