Waiting for the related system to program the room key for over hours, finally the room door was opened by hotel staff instead. Keys were ready by the evening.
I think it was an individual case.
Facilities are good and kitchen is well equipped, Room is spacious for three persons.
Location is just 3 minutes walk from underground.
Supermarket is just located at the ground level.
