Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean linen, quiet street, good showers, helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Honestly, I couldn't have hoped for better. Was slightly dreading the hostel experience with my two children (age 12 and 13) but it was just fine. I liked the solid old building with a hint of faded grandeur too. Useful to have the safes to leave valuables during the day. Appreciated the small guest kitchen with free teabags etc, fridge. Also enjoyed the quiet courtyard out the back for eating and chilling. The fan in the room was much appreciated - thank you. it was the perfect end to our Austrian holiday.

Ich war mit meiner Schule hier. Wir haben ein sehr schönes und sauberes Mehrbettzimmer für 6 Personen gehabt. Die Lage ist klasse. Das Frühstück hatte ein breites Sortiment also gab es für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Wir waren ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Unterhalt

Ich war schon in ein paar anderen Hostels und im Vergleich dazu war es sehr sauber. Hier werden die Zimmer täglich geputzt ( was in den meisten Hostels in denen ich zuvor war nicht erlebt habe ) . Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Standort des Hostels war perfekt weil man nur eine Straße von einer großen Einkaufsstraße entfernt ist. Es gibt auch gleich in der Nähe einen Bahnhof mit dem man direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser Stadt fahren kann. Ich kann dieses Hostel nur weiter empfehlen.👍

Wir waren mit einer Schülergruppe von 28 SchülerInnen für 2 Nächte im Westend City Hostel. Die Lage des Hostels ist sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sind leider nicht, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet : es waren weder Handtücher, Seifen, teilweise keine Bettwäsche bzw. Bettwäsche mit Löchern vorhanden, der Boden war klebrig, unter den Betten war nicht geputzt, in 2 Zimmern war der Wasserhahn defekt. Gesamt war das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel. Positiv ist, dass es ein kleines Hostel ist und eine ruhige Lage hat. Gesamt hatten wir uns aufgrund der Homepage eine bessere Unterkunft erwartet. Das Frühstück war okay.
