I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I commend the hotel for its commitment to guest satisfaction and look forward to returning in the future.

Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

There was a supermarket, a convenience store open on Sundays, and McDonald's nearby, so it was very convenient. The front desk is kind and the rooms are clean. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi signal is a little weak.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds, and I regretted not having a fridge and air conditioning, and we didn't know and was warm in the first night. Super welcome reception, explains how to locomote in the city, metro from the green and red line to 100m. Breakfast costs €8 per person and can be paid at the time, sensational check-out time, in the middle of the day, The hotel has the opportunity to rest a little more, without having to spend time in shopping to get the flight. I liked it very much. Internet works very well.

For a city trip, the hotel is good. Breakfast is sufficient for everyone. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Good connection to the attractions. Snack and drinking machine is in the entrance area. Check in possible without reception. Check out uncomplicated.

Great location.. close to metro U1 and 8 mins on foot to the Wien Hbf (Vienna train station) I stayed in a shared dorm with bathroom and made good acquaintances. Clean bathroom and toilet. The dorms were very secure. The people at the desk were friendly and accommodating. All in all a great experience 😊

The location of the Continental Hotel- Pension is perfect for easy access to the city. The Museums Quarter is a short stroll down Mariahilfer Straße, which is itself a shopping street. The Nachsmarkt is also close by. The staff are helpful, particularly the manager Mr. Tibor Tarnai. The rooms are basic but clean and the breakfast is most satisfactory. I have stayed here twice and have been most pleased with my stay and the location in particular. Judith Calman
