TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Two of our rings went missing: our engagement ring and our wedding band. The manager told us they would take care of it through the hotel's insurance, but after two months of waiting and repeatedly calling them, they told us they wouldn't take responsibility. Not at all recommended.

I'll never go back in my life. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. The unrenovated rooms are terrible. The food is terrible. Look, there are so many hotels in Vielha, and they took us to the worst one. It's not the worst, I don't recommend it. If you go in the summer, bring a fan because if it's hot, you'll fry.
