Excellent value and location. Very helpful , attentive staff. Very clean . Very good breakfast options . Walking distance of the centre and mountain walks . Paid garage parking on site but street parking possible. The rooms were quiet , beds very comfortable.

Superb hotel. Great location just moments walk from town centre. We had a room with a balcony. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable. The room was well equipped apart from not having a kettle. Breakfast was very good - plenty of voice. Staff were also excellent - helpful, polite. Underground parking was E10 a night though plenty of free on-street parking close by. All in all a very good stay and would recommend.

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca del centro, unos minutos caminando. Muy tranquilo. Personal muy amable, la dueña una mujer encantadora. Parking gratuito para la moto, lo cual es una gran ventaja y tranquilidad. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Habitación con todo lo necesario, quizá algo pequeña y más llevando las 3 maletas de moto, pero suficiente, cama cómoda, baño amplio y con secador. En general muy contentos, repetiriamos.

Hotel carente absolutamente de seriedad, transparencia y honestidad. No publican las tarifas en su web como la mayoría de establecimientos hoteleros que se precien. Asi que tienes que llamar por teléfono para saber cuánto te cuesta una reserva y luego solicitar por email que te envien el presupuesto por escrito. Pues bien, la "información" telefónica relativa a tarifas recibida ayer tarde, 15/07/25, no tiene nada que ver con la recibida posteriormente en el presupuesto, siendo esta última notablemente superior, además de incluir errores en fechas, todo un caos. Da la impresión de que te ofrecen unas tarifas atractivas a la baja para enganchar más datos tuyos -email, teléfono, nombre, etc- que luego modifican en el presupuesto escrito. Tras recibir dicho presupuesto, envío correo electrónico detallando la situación surgida y me llaman por teléfono hoy tarde, 16/07/25, para hacerme perder el tiempo ya que no reconocen sus errores ni asumen sus responsabilidades ni respetan los precios ofertados por teléfono. No recomiendo para nada este hotel, dada la opacidad de las tarifas y la negligencia de su personal. Me alegro de no llegar a hospedarme, si "funciona" así la recepción, me hago una idea de cómo será el resto de los servicios que dicen prestar. Hay muchas opciones de alojamiento transparentes y honestas en Vielha.

Bonita estancia en el Valle de Arán. Es un buen punto de partida para conocer el parque nacional de Aigüestortes, Taüll y las otras poblaciones del valle, ya que Vielha dispone de todos los servicios necesarios. El hotel se encuentra junto al centro de la población, a dos minutos andando, rodeado de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. Dispone de garage, aunque también se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones sin problema. La habitación es normal, sin pretensiones, pero es suficiente para dos personas y se descansa muy bien. El equipo es muy amable y te hará sentirte como en casa. El desayuno es magnífico y te permite reponer todas las fuerzas necesarias para un día de caminata por la naturaleza.

Es un hotel sencillo que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas noches en Vielha. La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto. El personal de recepción es muy amable y ofrece información turística. El desayuno es correcto con embutidos, cereales, pan, etc. el café es de maquina y te lo haces al momento. Buena ubicación.
