We arrive late at the hotel and the hotel receptionist was friendly and was helpful. In terms of the hotel condition though it’s a four star there is nothing to compare the four star status to a real four star.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and okay bathroom. Whilst it was relatively cheap and okay for one night, it did not feel 4 star. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Cannot comment on the location as we were only using it as a one night stopover.

The hotel bedrooms could be more updated, the spa is fairly good although is too dark and breakfast is ok (the "sweet" part like croissants, muffins, donoughs, etc should be improved - they were cold and hard to bite). The location, next to the river, was appreciated.

He estado casi una semana alojado. Buen hotel y tranquilo, magníficamente ubicado para ir a todos los sitios. Buenas habitaciones y limpias. El spa no lo usamos. Personal agradable. En conjunto muy bien.

Este estabelecimento aproveitou-se da má sorte de uma família inteira que avisou por e-mail e via telefone que estavamos com uma avaria no carro numa garagem de hotel em Andorra e que não conseguíamos fazer a viagem até lá nessa noite , eles responderam que iam falar com a direção , mas não tivemos resposta e debitaram o valor na totalidade com pequenos almoços e tudo .

Estavamos a fazer uma viagem familia e amigos, com varios destinos, e no dia em que iriamos ficar neste hotel, tivemos problema no carro e nao conseguimos sair de Andorra nem continuar viagem! Contactamos hotel avisar o sucedido, o qual nos pediu provas da avaria e enviamos video. Disseram que iriam falar direcao e que iriam dizer alguma coisa sobre valores a cobrar. Nao responderam mais nada cobrando a totalidade (ate pequenos almocos!!) no propriodia!. Sabemos que tem esse direito, mas é uma atitute lamentavel, de nitido aproveitamento do azar dos outros! Lamentavel!

En mi opinión no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni tan siquiera de 3. Esta muy limpio todo y el personal muy amable pero las habitaciones son viejas. Necesitan mano de pintura. Teniamos hasta madera del suelo.rota. la almohada mala y el colchón inclinado. El spa está bien pero para el precio que tiene no es ni de lejos. Desayuno bueno.

Endroit très sympathique, mais pas d’eau à l’arrivée, donc pas de douche … et pas de dédommagement . Ouf rétablissement la nuit.
Spa un peu cher.
À refaire dans de bonne condition.
