Lo unico a comentar es que hace demasiada calor en la habitación, todo y tener la calefacción apagada.

THIS NOT A GOOD HOTEL in the summer. There is no ventilation; only two old school heaters. The rooms get hot with no AC. Open a window maybe and let the bugs in… The TV is flakey. The towels are Motel 6 quality and few amenities. The rooms are cleaned to a basic level. There is no night attendant! They have queen beds. It is long walk to good restaurants, like Era coquela (5 stars) and downtown. The skimpy staff is not particularly friendly; snarky if you understand Spanish…native speaker here. The small pool is its one redeeming quality in the hot summer. In the US this would be comparable to a low budget motel, but overpriced! Avoid!

Hotel cómodo en buena ubicación, con detalles mejorables Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel SNÖ Beret ha sido en general buena. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso del centro de Vielha y muy cerca de Baqueira, ideal para todo tipo de planes. La habitación familiar nos pareció muy original y funcional, perfecta para viajar con niños. Además, el entorno es tranquilo, lo que se agradece para descansar. Como puntos a mejorar: el desayuno muy justito y repetitivo, la limpieza nos pareció algo mala en algunos detalles, la piscina es tranquila pero un poco dejada en cuanto a mantenimiento, y el parking no estaba habilitado durante nuestra estancia, lo cual puede complicar un poco el acceso en temporada alta. El desayuno correcto y el personal fue amable, aunque algo más de atención en recepción no estaría de más. En resumen: un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado y con potencial, aunque con margen de mejora en algunos servicios. Buena opción si no buscas lujos pero sí una estancia práctica en el corazón del Valle de Arán.

El personal del hotel es muy amable. Los desayunos son muy muy escasos, poco variados y de baja calidad. Las camas muy ruidosas e incómodas. Si alguien ha de dormir en el sofá cama le va a ser realmente complicado, notas todos sus muelles. La ubicación es buena y sin problemas para aparcar.

Hotel acogedor, con personal simpático y agradable, desayuno rico, ubicación céntrica, perfecto para disfrutar unos días de esquí en Baqueira y posteriormente dar un paseo por Vielha. Es nuestra segunda vez aquí y sin duda, repetiremos.

Imposible dormir de la cantidad de ruidos de las tuberías. No pude ni dormir 20 minutos, el problema es que el hotel ya sabe de este problema porque me dicen que no soy el primero en quejarse. Es una pena porque el hotel por todo lo demás está muy bien pero yo fui a dormir principalmente.
