Upon arrival we requested a room on the upper floor and the receptionist, curtly, told us that our apartment was for exchange and that could not be, when we know that the complex has the power to assign any apartment with similar characteristics, and without being full the resort. He sent us to an apartment on the ground floor, with a single window with 80x40cm glass. The bathroom smelled like sewage and for that reason alone it should not be in service. As for the light, I know that it is a rural house with a 19th century atmosphere, but it gets to the point that the installed lighting is not enough to read a book. That, in the 21st century, is not acceptable. The cleaning was very good and the surroundings were wonderful, but here I only give my opinion about the apartment. We left a day early, because we were not comfortable.
