O hotel está localizado numa zona muito tranquila e com imenso estacionamento. Tivemos um problema com a casa de banho, mas foi logo resolvido. A destacar a amabilidade e disponibilidade a dar informações da parte das funcionárias. Pequeno almoço variado e de qualidade. Trouxemos comer para o hotel e as funcionárias disponibilizaram se a aquecer o mesmo no microondas , no qual ainda nos forneceram pratos para a refeição.
Pontos negativos a destacar - a água da piscina poderia estar mais quente ( vai dormir gosto de cada um) e os quartos mereciam uma remodelação principalmente a armação da cama.

Perfectly nice hotel in the sleepy town of Vidago. Very clean,comfortable and quiet. Had an extremely nice checkin with Sandra. Only wish they had been able to serve dinner since there were virtually no options in the town. Situated across from the Vidago Palace Hotel’s lovely grounds. Nice breakfast though!

Good rooms, good environment, the swimming pool is nice for those who like to enjoy swimming during the winter bit the jacuzzi is a little bit small. Outside there is a good place for a nice walk amoung nature. The staff are polite and very kind. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast.

Great place to stay in the thermal NorthEast region of Portugal. Well located, has an amazing staff, always clean with a slight flower aroma in the air. Didn't have the opportunity to try the pools (indoor or outdoor) but had a great relaxing massage. And it's just a 2-minute walk to the thermal spa. I'll be back for sure.

Cobranças escondidas (pelos roupões),20€ de taxa por ser fim de smn, não queriam deixar marcar por ser voucher, cama desconfortável, spa fraco, sem bar nem restaurante. Pequeno-almoço pobre. Nada como esperado. Muito decepcionante..

Uma estadia muito agradável. Staff muito simpático. Quarto agradável com uma boa limpeza com uma decoração simpática . Piscina interior também muito agradável. Realizamos 2 massagens e só podemos agradecer o profissionalismo da terapeuta Beatriz. Um hotel a voltar !!

Muy Correcto y Justo al lado del campo de Golf. La habitación acogedora y el personal muy atento. La única pega es que el desayuno era muy poco variado. Calidad precio muy razonable y sitio para aparcar en el hotel y alrededores. La zona muy tranquila.
