The manager is very rude. We were given the wrong checkout time and then told we had to leave the room immediately. The food is mediocre and the walls are very thin. There are better options at this price point in the area. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel: rooms are absolutely huge and very clean. There’s a rooftop bar open till late and also a open air swimming pool. Restaurant is not really on the same level. All the dishes were ok but some were cold and not really nicely prepared. Pity cos it really can make the difference

Me gustaría comentar primero, lo único bueno que me encontré en el hotel… La Cama. Me decepcionó ya que reservar en hotel de 4 estrellas pensé que las cosas básicas como la atención y el desayuno estarían a la altura de un hotel a lo menos de 4 estrellas. En el desayuno solicité 2 huevos y me los cobraron como adicional. En otros hoteles en chile y extranjeros jamás me han cobrado un peso por esto. En la piscina el festival de la cumbia habían personas con sus respectivos parlantes a un volumen qué obviamente no es lo que uno espera en un lugar de agrado y descanso. En resumen nadie del hotel se preocupa por el bienestar y la tranquilidad de los pasajeros que buscamos paz. A nuestra llegada solicité información especial sobre un cambio en el menú de comida de fin de año. A 24 horas de mi consulta aún no tengo respuesta. Lamento mi elección de alojarme en este hotel.

Fuimos bienvenidos por personal muy joven, bienvenida calida y profesional. En la azotea Mariela nos atendió de oro - lo mejor. Todo fue bien hasta que hicimos el check out y nos sorprendió (lo que parecia el gerente) con un cargo adicional por uso de 1 hora en las tinajas. Al cual hice claro que nos habian i dicado estaba incluida, razon por la cual enfatizamos incluirla en nuestro itinerario. El caballero no demostró ningún tipo de sensibilidad a mi comentario, y mi pareja al ver le intento explicar igualmente ue el punto no es el pagar, es que se nos había indicado ese era un servicio incluido. Yo soy viajero frecuente y estoy muy al tanto de preguntar y asegurarme entender lo que esta incluido y no en mi estadia. Muy mal por el caballero.

Un hotel muy cercano a la plaza, habitaciones muy amplias, con balcón muy asoleado. La cama es demasiado confortable, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta. Lo mejorable es el desayuno, podria tener productos de la zona para potenciarlo. Dos cosas por la cual lo volveríamos volveríamos elegir: 1) Tour astronómico gratuito con D. Francisco, muy afable, respondió todas nuestras dudas e hizo de esa noche una experiencia genial. Le da un plus enorme al hotel, después de conocer Mamalluca, creemos que D. Francisco fue mejor 2) La terraza con bar, ya que fue muy agradable la atención, los precios adecuados y estabas en la seguridad de tu propio hotel. Vale su precio

Muy buena experiencia, el restorant era muy rico y las demás prestaciones del hotel eran muy buenas. Destaco que existe un guía astronómico en el hotel que está casi todos los días desde las 18:30 que con un telescopio te enseña de forma muy pedagógica el espacio y te muestra varias constelaciones, el guía Francisco es muy gentil y amable 10/10 para la vista.

Buena estadía, habitación maravillosa, amplia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado, excelente baño. Desayuno excelente, con gran variedad de pan, quedó, jamón, yogurth, huevo, fritas, jugos naturales, etc. Hermosas dependencias, recomiendo reservar durante la noche la piscina de hidromasajes. Consejo: recomiendo contratar mayor personal para la atención del bar.

Muy cómodo y lindo ambiente, cercano a la plaza y estacionamiento privado a algunos metros del hotel. La comida del restaurante con muy buena presentación aunque pedí pasta y estaba algo pegoteado. Lo demás excelente, cuenta con aire acondicionado lo que es ideal para el verano.
