You all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you especially the waiter Mr Sunday always choose good meal for us. Thank you, and keep up the good work! Thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the staff Mr Sunday at your hotel and the housekeepers this has turned out to be the best vacation I have had so far. I’ll be looking forward to spending time with you the next time I’m within the area. I had a wonderful experience staying at your hotel during my last business trip. The professionalism and warmth your team exuded made me feel quite at home. And The quality of service delivered by your staff member the waiter Mr Sunday during my last trip has convinced me that I can always rely on your hotel for the home away from home feeling. But the other lady Goodness l want the management to teach her how to approach a guest she approach me rudely. Dear management Cate house I wanted to drop you a note and thank you for the wonderful service you provided during my the day's l spend in your hotel, l observe each department services, you have a very good experience Waiter and no good chef is very bad my breakfast was nonsense, the chef don't know how to prepare eggs sauce using garlic to prepare eggs sauce, l order for Rice and Stew was tasteless, the management need to do something about it. And some ladies in the front desk most of them are not friendly.....
