LOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.

Very clean, the beach is very convenient for walking, the sea view is also good, that is, if you drive a large off-road vehicle, the hotel's parking lot can't stop, you have to stop in the public parking lot that is a distance from the hotel, the overall feeling is good.

It was a very nice spacyroom with 2 balconies and windows facing the Harbour, where we can see the small ferries show on the weekend morning . The bed is so comfy that I have to mention , with the crispy bed sheet and pillows made my nights perfect .

The kitchen is fully equipped, especially suitable for family travel. The location is good, there are many attractions nearby, many historical sites can be reached on foot, and there are many delicious foods nearby. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it.
This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away! She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, but on the last day, the hotel helped the car to go to the airport, the taxi driver did not play the watch, and finally went to the destination to charge the fee. Oh... it’s better to call it, I hope everyone pays attention.

Invincible sea view, sea view, living room, room and balcony, especially sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset is very freehand. The transportation is very convenient, it is convenient in the city center, and the two-bedroom suite is fully equipped! Opposite the hotel is a lot of choices for restaurants, parking is free, but you need to check the card after you check in to enter the garage. Overall very good physical examination.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is excellent with the legislation building outside. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice, though variety is just ok. Kitchen provision is a very nice option which save a lot for dinner.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many bus routes at the bus stop. The area around the hotel is very easy to go shopping. It is two streets away from Government Street, and the places where tourists usually go shopping are nearby. In addition, I arrived at the hotel at about 12:00 that day and planned to put down my luggage first, but was arranged to check in directly. Thank you very much! This time, 5 adults stayed in a double room with a sofa bed, and there is enough space.

Very Good
SSusanI’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms.

EES20The family booked two suites for a trip, the place is quite big
The hotel has been refurbished, but it still looks a little old
There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night
The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

KKok LeongThe location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour.

GGuest UserThe room heating is not good, the sound insulation is not ideal, public transportation is not convenient, and there are few restaurants around. The overall feeling is not good, and the price is not low, and you have to check the room when you check out.

LLeungA very cozy place where you feel like at home, the friendly staffs is a great catch, the 2 girls who started at 5 am preparing your breakfast always carry a sweet smile that makes you day with great start, Gloria and Darren always take the extra mile to make suggestions for places to visit and dine caring to your preferences, the man in charge, Sam, really impressed me how far they go to make a conventional hotel business with great concern to being Green, the team there makes it different from the others and I would recommend anyone who is visiting Victoria to book yourself couple of nights there
LLiThe service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.
NNidayeThe hotel is slightly better than the motel, with good hygiene, parking lot, and is 3.5 kilometers away from the location in the photo. The bedding is good, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas.
CCatYou bring your own shower supplies, towels and slippers, so there is no impact. They provide ear plugs and breakfast/dinner and beer meals, pantry and bicycle parking. The washing machine only has full functions, and there is no pure drying function. There are large lockers provided. If you don't have a lock, you can put down 10 yuan and it will be refunded when you return it. There is also a hair dryer. The shower faucet is a little more difficult to use. There are people at the 24hrs counter, but there are homeless people nearby, so it's not advisable to stay out at night. You can stay indoors and chat with other people, which is also very happy. The location is also convenient for going to various attractions. You can catch the bus in the morning and the station is close. You can stay for one day and buy a 10 yuan UMO BCTransit card, which is enough for the one-hour return journey to the north and the boat.

VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.

AAnonymous UserI had another great stay here. The valet was super friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. Front desk agent was very sweet. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.
