"The room facilities are new and stylish, and the decoration details are exquisite!
Hygienic, clean and tidy, quiet environment!
Service: The front desk service is warm and friendly.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook by yourself
The most important thing is that the price is very beautiful!
I will definitely come to Victoria first in the future!"
"Very clean, the beach is very convenient for walking, the sea view is also good, that is, if you drive a large off-road vehicle, the hotel's parking lot can't stop, you have to stop in the public parking lot that is a distance from the hotel, the overall feeling is good."
"I showed my reservation confirmation at the front desk and was able to check in right away, and I was relieved to find that the room I reserved was exactly as I had expected. The bellboy was kind and had a lovely smile! I used room service at night, and the Wagyu beef burger arrived hot and delicious in just 20 minutes, which was satisfying. There were no toothbrushes or slippers as amenities, so you need to bring your own. There were plenty of towels. The room was a little old, but it was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was clean."

"The kitchen is fully equipped, especially suitable for family travel. The location is good, there are many attractions nearby, many historical sites can be reached on foot, and there are many delicious foods nearby. Highly recommended!"
"The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, but on the last day, the hotel helped the car to go to the airport, the taxi driver did not play the watch, and finally went to the destination to charge the fee. Oh... it’s better to call it, I hope everyone pays attention."
"Invincible sea view, sea view, living room, room and balcony, especially sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset is very freehand. The transportation is very convenient, it is convenient in the city center, and the two-bedroom suite is fully equipped! Opposite the hotel is a lot of choices for restaurants, parking is free, but you need to check the card after you check in to enter the garage. Overall very good physical examination."
"Everything is above average. The only drawbacks are that the parking charge was a bit dear and no meal facilities (except breakfast) provided in the premises, luckily there are restaurants just cross the road."
"This hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it."
"The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many bus routes at the bus stop. The area around the hotel is very easy to go shopping. It is two streets away from Government Street, and the places where tourists usually go shopping are nearby. In addition, I arrived at the hotel at about 12:00 that day and planned to put down my luggage first, but was arranged to check in directly. Thank you very much! This time, 5 adults stayed in a double room with a sofa bed, and there is enough space."
"There was a bus stop to downtown right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby."

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, with a large lawn and flowers in the front yard, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. It is very pet-friendly and free of charge. The hotel is large and old, with many rooms, and the quilts are soft and comfortable to sleep.

HH. WongThe check in service was excellent. We were given a room 1.5 hr before the official check in time of 4pm. The front desk and concierge services were helpful, prompt and efficient. The only disappoin**ent during our stay was the lack of information on room cleaning which we later discovered would not be offered unless requested.

BBEI YIThe 24-hour background music in the restaurant on the first floor is super nice! Opposite the harbor, the Queen’s Hotel and the Provincial Government Building are in front of you. The nearby restaurant is also very good.

GGuest UserThis is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away! She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!
GGuest UserConvenient location. Overall clean and comfortable. The only thing is that breakfast is not included, but there are many restaurants around to choose from. The restaurant next to the hotel is very delicious

LLiThe service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.
CCatYou bring your own shower supplies, towels and slippers, so there is no impact. They provide ear plugs and breakfast/dinner and beer meals, pantry and bicycle parking. The washing machine only has full functions, and there is no pure drying function. There are large lockers provided. If you don't have a lock, you can put down 10 yuan and it will be refunded when you return it. There is also a hair dryer. The shower faucet is a little more difficult to use. There are people at the 24hrs counter, but there are homeless people nearby, so it's not advisable to stay out at night. You can stay indoors and chat with other people, which is also very happy. The location is also convenient for going to various attractions. You can catch the bus in the morning and the station is close. You can stay for one day and buy a 10 yuan UMO BCTransit card, which is enough for the one-hour return journey to the north and the boat.

VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.

AAnonymous UserI had another great stay here. The valet was super friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. Front desk agent was very sweet. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.
