The check in service was excellent. We were given a room 1.5 hr before the official check in time of 4pm. The front desk and concierge services were helpful, prompt and efficient. The only disappointment during our stay was the lack of information on room cleaning which we later discovered would not be offered unless requested.

The location is a bit far because we need to walk on a slope every time when we have to reach the hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is very clean and bright, and the pool is okay.

Excellent stay ! I enjoyed everything! From the front desk friendly service, parking , STUNNING GORGEOUS BREAKFAST VIEWS , Pool/ hot tub! Room very clean , and quiet . Will be back !

I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

This is my second stay here following last month. After all, the location is convenient. Amenities are minimal but ok. The view from the restaurant from the 18th floor was good, and the food was voluminous and delicious. I feel that it is easy to use because it is compact.

The family booked two suites for a trip, the place is quite big The hotel has been refurbished, but it still looks a little old There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

The room is very clean, but some equipment is a bit old (such as the kettle). At that time, I lived on the first floor and there was a parking lot outside. It was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was good. The front desk service was very good

Super convenient hotel, located in downtown Victoria with walking access to all of touristic attractions. The room was clean, comfy beds, polite staff and nice pool & hot tub. Recommend

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Still a very nice place to stay after all these years. Only complaint would be level of chlorine in pool, but suspect they can’t do anything about it.

Great stay here! The hotel is strategically located, everything (scenic landmarks and food shops) is almost just a walk away. The room’s clean, we got a great city view, also my kids love the indoor pool. Will definitely be back. ❤️

This property is in a great loaction for walkig around town. Our room was on the 5th floor. It was nice, compost trash wasnt emptied, so that was kinda a yuck. Noticed the soap holder area in the shower was dirty as well. Other than that the room felt clean and welcoming. The hot tub and pool area was extremely hot. It would be nice if it was vented better or had a window to open. The staff was all very welcoming and helpful.

I thought we would have a view. We were. on the 5th floor with a view of a building and a parking lot. Not really an effort to accommodate us. The food at the Vista 18 the first night was sub standard for price part of my husbands meal was inedible. it was obvious but server did not ask how his meal was. Same as his breakfast. the TV program was not user friendly. I will not pay $25 to rent a 20 year old movie. The screening from a personal device was impossible to figure out. and the regular programing was a pain in the ass to use as well. I know this Hotel was one of the affordable Hotels downtown Victoria. This is just room rental and nothing else. The best part of our stay was the Shuttle drivers. Jessie, Dave and Glen. Our stay cost us $950 for 3 days. Not worth it. We will not return
