A very good hotel, the front desk service is also very good 👍🏻 It is very close to the city hall and night market! The hotel bedding is also very comfortable, the bed is big, and the toiletries are L'Occitane

Had an outstanding stay at the Magnolia for our engagement celebration! All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, from front desk, to valet, to housekeeping. Special shout-out to Natalie who checked us in and offered a room upgrade and complimentary sparkling wine. She also gave us a thorough introduction to Downtown Victoria and gave us a few ideas for activities to do and restaurants to visit. The prime location of the hotel meant we were able to walk to all of our destinations within 10-15mins. 11/10 stay, we will be back!

Beautiful and cozy with thoughtful and luxurious little touches throughout. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are the best. Genuine, knowledgeable and so attentive. This hotel is impeccably decorated maintained and managed and is nestled in a perfect spot to explore Victoria. I have also heard the spa is fantastic. The perfect spot!
