Our stay was absolutely perfect. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed after coming from the busy city. The lagoon was magical, we loved the ambience. We were surprised with freshly baked muffins and so many thoughtful touches in the room. Don’t hesitate to book this cozy lagoon room - we would come back in a heartbeat.

A phenomenal stay! We loved everything about this place. The B&B grounds are absolutely stunning—gorgeous flowers, peaceful waters, birds chirping, a hammock, and a swing all create such a serene atmosphere. The natural setting is truly breathtaking. Inside, the space is both cozy and authentic, with updated appliances and spotless cleanliness. Our only regret is not booking more nights to enjoy it all. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time back to this amazing location. We rented the hot tub and started the morning here listening and watching the birds fly into the lagoon. Breakfast every morning is a must! This is the perfect home away from home. During my first visit, a girls, trip we were able to paddle everyday on the lagoon and even enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. So much to do in the area as well; Hatley Castle, the historic light house and a stroll on the beach by the ocean. The hosts are so thoughtful and really make this spot so special that you will definitely book again.

We enjoyed a week long romantic getaway taking advantage of their off season prices. Fireplace, heated floors and a bed so comfy we just didn't want to get out of bed! Homemade small pie sized muffins hot out of the oven brought to our door every morning. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy their courtesy canoes and kayaks. Highly recommend.

Such a delightful place to stay - a very homey and comfortable place with gorgeous views, amazing muffins and impeccable standards. We absolutely loved our stay there, and are happy to recommend it!

We spent the Christmas and New Year’s holidays at Birds of a Feather and loved it. We didn’t want to leave this peaceful storybook place on the western beaches of Victoria. We booked the honeymoon suite and also the exclusive use of the hot tub just yards from the waters edge. We truly enjoyed the heated floors, the huge soaker tub, and the over sized rain shower. The ocean views from our suite changed daily. The last day of our stay there was a full arch rainbow over the water. Every morning they brought freshly baked “small pie sized” muffins to our suite. The ocean lagoon is a migratory bird sanctuary with hundreds of sea birds to watch. There’s even a birding scope in the room! We already booked for our summer holidays.
