"A hotel with tiny rooms. But everything is clean and quiet. A bird was constantly knocking on the glass with its beak.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a bar. The water in the pool is good.
Breakfasts are paid separately. They take a long time to prepare and for that kind of money they could have made something decent and served at least some tomatoes or greens with eggs at the price of a good restaurant.
Overall, the main advantage of the hotel is that you can walk from it to the waterfall and restaurants. There are no other advantages, except that the building is new.
I can recommend it for the price. The WiFi is good, but you have to run and change the codes every few hours."
"Both sides of the road are their homes. Zimbabwe prices are much more expensive than Zambia and Botswana, but there is WiFi in the room, and there is breakfast. You can reserve it late and the service is good! There is no free vehicle, this town, no matter where you go, it is 10 dollars a car, several times more expensive than Shanghai!"
"Wonderful stay. Staff were super warm and welcoming! We had an incredible stay! The rooms, while small are clean and comfortable. The pool area is stunning. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful time!"
"Clean and spacious hotel rooms. Super friendly, efficient and helpful service from all the staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a nice pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location near to all activities, the falls & the local town. Lots of wildlife around like monkeys, buck, elephants & hippos. Great stay!"
"Our host was very lovely and helpful in planning what to do during our limited time there.
The location was really quiet and perfect for getting away from everything just to enjoy nature."
"Stayed three consecutive nights, very clean and very good service. Around 800 meters there are PickPay and OK local supermarket chains. The hotel's evening package is $ 32. It is convenient to book Rafting, Devil ’s pool, Lion walk"
"The Kafusi Lodge is newly renovated and very clean. The guests have access to a spacious living with comfortable couches facing a flat screen TV. We had the choice of buying and cooking our own food in a fully equipped kitchen, or ordering a breakfast of eggs, sausage, beans, bread, coffee, or tea for only $10 per person. The manager, Jiyane, picked us up at the airport and personally guided us through the town Victoria Falls and surrounding areas making our experience wonderful and informative. Zimbabwe does use American dollars and some excursions are a bit pricey, but overall I recommend this destination and lodge to anyone interested in seeing this world-renowned waterfall."

GGabrielGreat room product and service was friendly.
Location is not that great though - bit far off. And the pool is unattractive comparing to the pictures.
楠楠The room is big enough, clean and tidy, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows look out to the woods. In the morning, many animals will be seen going to the pond to drink water. Especially the bed is very comfortable and they will choose this hotel.
GGuest UserA pleasant lodge. Beautiful grounds, a decent pool. The room is large, well-insulated, the bed comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, and everything you need is there. There was no soap or hairdryer in the room, but they provided one immediately upon request. They provide a separate towel for the pool, but you need to ask at reception. On the downside, there was some kind of insect repellent in the closet that stank the entire room. There are no mosquito nets, meaning you can't open the windows at night, making the room stuffy. The air conditioning is quite noisy and doesn't cool very well. The Wi-Fi connection system is a bit odd—they use vouchers that expired half the time, requiring you to go back and get them again. Breakfast is okay, but repetitive. They offer a choice of scrambled eggs with various toppings like sausage, bacon, mushrooms, beans, etc.; you have to order it, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to cook. The location is quite far from everything; we once walked to the waterfall in the morning, which wasn't very convenient. There was no free shuttle to the falls. The hotel's shuttle to the Lookout Café was $10 each way, which is not exactly cheap, and the car was subpar. Room service from restaurants in the evening costs $3 and takes a long time. They didn't exactly deliver what I ordered; apparently they weren't in stock. They didn't ask me about substitutions; they bought what they wanted. They allowed me to check out 1.5 hours late on my last day. There aren't many budget hotels in Victoria Falls. This one turned out to be quite good in terms of price and quality, if you're willing to take transfers and taxis. I couldn't find a taxi near the hotel, so it's best to arrange a taxi in advance.
GGuest UserDespite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable.
What a mesmerizing stay!
DDesZizouHad a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise
Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.
GGuest UserIt is indeed a century-old luxury hotel built by British colonists. It shows aristocratic temperament everywhere, low-key atmosphere, thoughtful and meticulous service. The black brother guides you to a special living room for check-in, and sends you wet wipes and lemonade. The back garden of the hotel is facing the waterfall bridge. The most wonderful thing is to enjoy the mist rising from the waterfall while drinking English afternoon tea.
KKobe & KyleThe Hostel grounds themselves and the tent was very clean. We just did not realize that by booking a “double room” that it was actually a tent. The provided fan was nice and kept us cool in the evening and pool kept us clean during the day.
The location though is a bit outside of the town center though so you either need a car or to call a taxi to get anywhere.
The restaurant onsite was okay, but it wasn’t explained to us that occasionally they have a special BBQ and you can’t order anything else from the menu. If we knew that at the time, we would have stopped at the market and self catered.
But the staff was all lovely and helpful.
