Great room product and service was friendly.
Location is not that great though - bit far off. And the pool is unattractive comparing to the pictures.

We had a long term stay @“NKOSI” as We were awaiting the completion of Our new Victoria Falls House. Everyone and I mean Everyone @“NKOSI” made Our Stay special. We ended up feeling like one big Family and We can’t recommend “NKOSI” highly enough to those who want to visit the Magical Victoria Falls and The Town. Conveniently and perfectly situated. Well Done All!! We will return to say “Hello” to You All.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and well-supplied rooms, nice and quiet surroundings. The only snag is it's hard to pay either by cash.

Everyone was very friendly, attentive, respectful and did their work well. The place was very clean, had complete amenities, and quite spacious. Only drawback was paying with $cash. Either they had no change or the bill was not in perfect condition, which wasn’t really a fault. Card payments also had a 3% processing fee. I heard that banks were very strict about the state of foreign currency. We had a wonderful time all in all. We would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Zimbabwe.

We loved this guest house as it was quiet. If you want to be around the Victoria Falls area you would need to take a short inexpensive taxi. We loved it as we had been on a wonderful rail trip from Pretoria to Victoria falls and we were very pleased to be on our own relaxing for a couple of days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent. The restaurant looked out to the pool and although small, the service and attention to detail was very good.
