Great hotel by African standards! Very recently renovated. The room is a little small, but we stayed for 2 nights, so it's not critical. I recommend 👌🏼

well located to many different restaurants and shops. v close to the victoria falls national park, walking took about 15-20 minutes one way.
breakfast had many options and the staff were v helpful. the swimming pool wasn't the cleanest though.

Very good location within 15 walking to the entrance of Victoria Falls. Many good restaurants besides the hotel. I felt safe staying at N1 hotel and campsite.

The batteries ran out in our door lock, unfortunately the manager did not trust her staff enough to leave them with the master key to get into the rooms. The manager had left for the day and had to be called back - the delay caused us to almost miss our booked sunset cruise, it was very stressful as we were only in Vic falls for one night.

A hotel with tiny rooms. But everything is clean and quiet. A bird was constantly knocking on the glass with its beak.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a bar. The water in the pool is good.
Breakfasts are paid separately. They take a long time to prepare and for that kind of money they could have made something decent and served at least some tomatoes or greens with eggs at the price of a good restaurant.
Overall, the main advantage of the hotel is that you can walk from it to the waterfall and restaurants. There are no other advantages, except that the building is new.
I can recommend it for the price. The WiFi is good, but you have to run and change the codes every few hours.

The hotel is in the center of town, very close to Victoria Falls.
We booked a balcony room. Although it has floor-to-ceiling windows, you cannot walk out. The balcony corridor outside the window is open to anyone.
