We stayed in the suites, which are part of a larger hotel — we had all of the amenities of an amply sized suite overlooking a yard with water hole that attracted bushbuk, warthogs and guinea fowl. It was conveniently situated. We enjoyed the lively Boma dinner.

Victoria Fall Safari Suites is beautifully appointed, well staffed, conveniently located, and well maintained. We enjoyed a 2 night stay as a family in a Safari Suite, and the king beds were very comfortable and the suite spacious. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Stayed for 3 nights in 3 bedroom suite with my daughter’s family, 3 adults, 2 children. Top floor master bedroom is large and well appointed, other 2 bedrooms are very small ( not enough space for 2 suitcases). Water pressure in all the showers is very low. On our last day we found one of the beds infested with ants, luckily there was only 5 of us and 6 beds. Suit is nice but not well maintained, tv didn’t work, wifi was patchy, tap in the kitchenette not working. Main swimming pool is always busy with only a few lounges. Service in the hotel is inconsistent. Some of the staff were super nice and helpful (Lin), most were just trying to get a tip. On the whole, you not getting value for your money. This was my 3rd trip to Vic Falls. First time was 45 years ago. Zimbabwe was still Rhodesia and it was a totally different place. Only 2 hotels and not very safe place as the war with Zambia was on and off. On my second visit I stayed in Zambia and had a great time. I would recommend staying in Zambia as the Zimbabwe is very expensive and not all that friendly. Apart from the accommodation we’ve had a great time. Activities offered are fantastic (and expensive). We did: Zambezi dinner cruise, Falls walk, Canopy tour, Gorge swing and helicopter flight. All great experiences and safety and staff 5 star.

Nicely set up rooms good. Hot water not great all the time. Sometimes cold. Expensive and dont order a small anything as there is a $10usd charge to deliver but views great service very good and location really good. All animals around you so yes ok
