Omg this place is amazing the most comfortable beds pillows food OMG AMAZING THE BIGGEST BATH EVER LOVED IT the people can’t do enough for you we didn’t even lock our door of a night felt so safe what an amazing place & the PEOPLE THE BEST MADE OUR TRIP STAY SO WONDERFUL WE ARE FROM SUNSHINE COAST QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA & would highly recommend this place 10 star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very impressed with our stay at the lodge, the rooms are very generous in size, the shower the largest I have seen, the main building is very elegant, our hosts Loyd & Megan very friendly & catered to our every need. The dining staff couldn't be more helpful.

What a stylish Lodge. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by manicured green gardens . The outside dining area is on a wide open covered terrace . The breakfast is world class as was the evening dining . Great wine list at reasonable prices. The rooms were luxurious and the bathroom was really large. There is a free shuttle to town at 10am and 3 pm. It is only a 15 minute walk to the town .

Batonka Guest Lodge was simply amazing. Every area from the rooms to the catering and all in between were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for their Beautiful Staff. It was so relaxing and an oasis in the heart of busy Victoria Falls, ZA

The visit to the wonderful Victoria Falls was enriched by the excellent stay spent at the Batonka Hotel. The property has a beautiful, well-kept garden and swimming pool. Everything was perfect: very spacious and elegantly furnished room and bathroom; I was also able to enjoy an excellent dinner and breakfast on the outdoor veranda. I was welcomed by very competent staff and I thank everyone for their kindness and helpfulness.

This place is set in a residential neighborhood, but once you enter the gates, you feel like you are in a countryside resort. The grounds are well maintained, both pools are welcoming, staff friendly and courteous. Rooms spacious and airy.

The lodge was quaint and close to the town. It was very private and felt safe. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was wonderful and caring. We had great interactions with Louis and Tendo from the front desk. All the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. Shout out to Bheki who was very caring and made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our satisfaction. And the Guest room staff was fantastic and took good care of us and our room. It was fantastic to be treated like family when you are so far from home!

My wife and I were booked to go on a 2 week safari and started and finished our journey at Batonka Guest Lodge. Their rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioning. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. From Gladys at reception, the restaurant staff and the porters, we were made to feel to very welcome. The menu is quite varied and the quality of the food superb. We're not sure when we may be in Victoria Falls again, but when we are, we know where we'll be staying! Thank you all so much!
