Todo estupendo, balance perfecto entre precio y calidad. La comida riquísima, opciones muy variadas con productos frescos. Nos sorprendió sobre todo la atención y amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel que es destacable. Comodidades de las habitaciones excelentes.

Excelente hotel tranquilo, cómodo, muy limpio. En un hermoso paisaje, linda pileta y Solarium. Increíbles atardeceres. Habitaciones amplias, decoración simple y adecuada, bien iluminadas y climatizadas, múltiples tomacorriente, camas cómodas, black out que oscurece totalmente el cuarto. Baño grande, buena presión de agua, lindos productos básicos de higiene personal. Muy buen circuito hídrico y excelente servicio de masaje con Candela. Destaco la atención de Lara en el spa. Todo el personal muy amable y dedicado. Maxi y su compañero de recepción excelentes. Servicio de desayuno, bar y restaurante muy buenos. Sugerencia. Por el tipo de hotel y ya que los pasajeros pueden usar la pileta o ir al complejo termal luego de dejar la habitación, debería tener vestuario con ducha para utilizar luego del check out. Lindo ambiente, buena disposición del personal. Habitaciones cómodas pero muy mala aislación acústica. La comida del restaurante excelente con buenos precios, el spa regular. Fui con mis padres, ir a las termas con ellos fue muy incómodo.

Muy buena atención, propuesta gastronómica y spa. Me hubiera gustado una mejor calidad de las termas, entiendo que no es el mismo predio y no pertenece al hotel, pero como el nombre lo indica: "Hotel Termas Victoria" creo que es un servicio que el huesped espera recibir a un buen nivel y que no está a la altura de serlo. Por el resto, impecable! muy lindas vistas desde la habitación, hermosa piscina, buscamos tranquilidad y la encontramos. Sds

Muy lindo hotel, con una vista espectacular, un muy buen desayuno y comida de calidad! El servicio muy amable. Tuvimos una experiencia no tan positiva al hacernos un masaje, ya que el yaccuzzi estaba al lado y molestaba la conversación de aquellos en el, sin embargo al elevar esto con el hotel, lo entendieron, se disculparon y nos ofrecieron un masaje gratis, cosa que se apreció mucho y muestra el alto interés del hotel en que sus huéspedes tengan la mejor de las experiencias! Muy recomendable!

Muy buena atención, las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones, muy buena la carta del restaurante con precios lógicos. Debieran mejorar la limpieza de los balcones de las suites, sobre todo las divisorias que estaban manchadas. Las cocheras no tenían media sombra, en esta época del año es mandatario.
