When you get here, be sure to ask for amber! She is so sweet, so lovely, so kind, so respectful! Man she gave me the best customer service & took care of my sister. Such a sweet girl, God bless! If this place is up & running nicely, it’s definitely bc of Amber!

Travel for work but always stay at this hotel! They have a lot of options for breakfast and it taste good. The rooms are very comfortable, I can do my workout at the small gym and the best I found is the customer service at the front desk! Erica thank you for helping me find my iron!!!! For a business trip it made me feel like home.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and a significant amount of mold around the bath. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast, bluntly, was inedible. There was no butter, just a margarine like substance. The oatmeal was congealed - so much so that when we reported it to the lady at reception she agreed! The cereal in the dispensers was old. The staff were all helpful.

This hotel is older and is in serious need of updates and renovations. The lamp shades are tattered, the carpet is stained, the bath tubs need replaced. They are old, dingy, and slippery. We found hairs on the shower walls. There was an odor in the front lobby. There was an accident in Victoria the day we arrived. Their systems (IT) were down, so there was a mix up in our room assignments, and we weren’t able to even receive our room keys until a couple of hours following check-in. The staff was super sweet and helpful. This was no fault of theirs, but the hotel itself was less than satisfactory. I would not stay here again, and I would recommend it to no one I know. Hilton needs to do something to improve this property. Staff is great. Property is substandard.

First of all, the reception staff were great. Our first room, 123, smelled like cigarettea smoke and they quickly gave us a different room. Was nice and clean, but shower tile showed wear from years of use.Really thin bath towwls. Paper-thin walls, noise from hallway and floor above us. Breakfast was fine but not attended to very well, oatmeal was almost gone by 8am and no help in sight.

It is September 17th, 2022, and I have the pleasure of staying at this Hampton Inn on Navarro st. I only hope that the next customer reading this review has the opportunity to meet the front desk person, Joseph. He has been so kind and accomodating to my requests and needs. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure I am really satisfied with his facility. It really has been a long time since I had a staff member look me in the eye when I ask a question , answer me and continue to inquire how he can make my stay here better. His gentle nature is very comforting and I witnessed that he treats all the people that come to front desk the same way. He explains policies and makes sure the customers understand and feel at ease with Hampton Inn programs and discounts. This hotel has a heated pool. Imagine my joyous surprise. The rooms are clean and quiet. The beds are fantastic and I am given a ton of pillows, too. I know from experience that the Hampton Inn is one of the better places to stay anywhere, anytime, but Joseph really made this a memorable visit and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

First, I'd like to complement Regina and Joseph for their great customer service: polite, helpful, anticipated problems, and went the extra mile to solve them. Breakfast was good and varied. The coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. The suite had a kitchenette that enabled me to eat my special froo froo crunchy granola diet rather than dining out, saving money and hassle. Rooms comfortable. Really, just a very nice stay, especially with the very friendly staff. Thanks!
