The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Vico Equense, our room overlooked the sea and Mount Versovius. It was clean and comfortable. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. Giacomo was lovely, he helped book our trips and found us the times of trains to different places .The pool and grounds are fabulous .All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting vico last year and staying in another We got there late and the hotel was amazing they sorted out our taxi Got our room wow it was amazing It looked brand new clean and huge opened the shutters well wot a surprise The balcony was as big as the room and had the most beautiful views of the sea and the town The room was cleaned every day Only thing we would say there is no kettle But found out you can have a kettle at extra cost But other than that we loved it and have already booked for next year All the staff were very friendly and helpful Thank you all

Hotel Aequa at Vico Equense is a superb establishment with a striking location on the Amalfi Coast. The staff on the concierge desk are ever helpful with advice on tours and support with in-house amenities. The waiter staff are multilingual and always willing to explain the menu from Italian into English. Their attitude is super positive and their support does not stop with just the delivery of food. We have found that all of the waiters, throughout the week, were very knowledgeable with the seasonal menu and the wine list. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for guests seeking the delivery of clean comfortable rooms and wholesome menus. The flavours of the Amalfi Coast featured every day and the in-house limoncello was outstanding.

Stayed for a week while visiting Pompeii & the bay of Naples. Very well thought out room with fabulous view towards Vesuvius. Excellent shower, comfy beds, kettle & milk provided and a lovely little balcony that was a great suntrap. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and interesting authentic dinners, served by friendly efficient waiters. Only 5 minutes from the railway station for Sorrento or towards Naples on the Circumvesuviana line. Vico Equense is a great town with everything you need. Perfect stay and holiday…grazie!

On the recommendation of friends, who have been visiting Hotel Aequa for many years, my sister and I booked 6 nights with a picture perfect seaside view room overlooking the Gulf of Naples with Mt. Vesuvius in the distance. Giacomo was great at communicating with me before the trip, booked a car for me to transport us from Naples Airport, and booked us excursions to Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, Positano, and Amalfi. We also enjoyed dinner there, and breakfasts were a giant buffet of so many delicious choices. We also enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool. La dolce vida!

Nice hotel with amazing Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius views. A special thanks to the amazing personnel, especially Mr Ciro. Awesome location, very close to the train station, you can get to Sorrento by train ( 10 minutes) and Pompei ( 20 minutes). From Sorrento it's easy to get to the Amalfi coast, either by boat or bus. Breakfast was good but expected more choices, a plus was that they offered fresh espresso and cappuccino at the bar.

Stayed here for 7 nights in June. Location is ideal very close to the train station and town with many restaurants. Train to Sorrento is 10/15 mins. Beautiful view from the terrace where we enjoyed our coffee after breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are very friendly. Giacomo was extremely helpful with my booking from before we arrived as I was not sure of which room to choose with 4 people in our group up to when we were checking out. Pool area was perfect with bar service and no issue with finding loungers in June. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return to this hotel again
