My wife and I stayed at the Eden Bleu for four nights as part of an organised group of 25. The hotel was comfortable and friendly. I don't recognise it from the moans of those who posting below went in a group in May. We had two meals there as a group, both superb. Breakfast was good. The food charged extra for was that which was individually ordered and cooked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I can only suspect that those below who moan about the size are either untidy, have never stayed in a hotel before or usually book a suite. The shuttle bus was not the best, but it was a "hotels" bus not just for Eden Bleu customers, and they have no control over it. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was nobody sat behind the bar waiting for customers but when we wanted a drink the receptionist called a member of stuff to serve us and we could go and sit in the comfortable area to the left of the door.

We have just enjoyed a few days at this hotel, from the moment we arrived they did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable. My mums walker did not arrive at the airport, they arranged for us to borrow a wheelchair for the duration of our stay at no cost. Without this my mom would not have had much of a holiday at all! The room was clean and the patio area nice to sit in the evenings. The breakfast was typical Italian which was nice, there are some other items which come at an extra small cost. We knew before we came out that to use the pool sun loungers there was a charge so this was not a surprise and is typical of the area. The restaurant was not open while we were there but it may be because it is early in the season. The hotel is family run, they are so friendly and welcoming nothing was too much. We would definitely recommend this hotel, don't listen to the moaning reviews!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff dismissive. Owners children use the restaurant as their own dining room along with the pool which is filthy. Bar never opens. Pool bar never opens. €20 per person per day to use a sunbed and towels. The only people to use the filthy pool were the owners children on Sunday. Their wet towels were still in the basket when we left the following Thursday. Whole area never cleaned or tidied. Only area to sit and relax is a corner in the car park. Owners wife serves the table chewing gum, blowing her nose and generally sneering at guests. Try to book the shuttle bus which is not free as they advertise but €5 pp per trip and they cannot guarantee that it will actually pick you up. Told to arrive 5 minutes beforehand to see if it arrives and if there is space. If not apparently it’s not their problem. They would not call the shuttle company to check. Food is cold. Poor quality. Coffee is always cold. Meals served with contempt. Only positive is that the hotel itself is spotless thanks to the lovely cleaning lady Rose.

After reading all the good reviews for this 4* hotel I can only deduce that they must have been written by friends and family as this would not merit 2 stars. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are polite, but the rooms are broom cupboard size with no storage space to speak of. The breakfast (continental self service) is fairly good but we had set evening meals on two occasions which were awful. At least there are some decent restaurants in the nearby harbour area which give good service and value. Getting to the railway station was difficult as the advertised shuttle was always fully booked, or so we were told. Only the fittest can make the steep uphill journey on foot. Taxis are the only other option or a boat trip. Overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

On a group tour spending four days in this hotel. Modern, clean, basic but comfortable standard room overlooking car park. Facilities that are usually included in such tours and were actually extras including 5 euros each to use shuttle bus to local town, 20 euros each for towel to allow use of swimming pool and extra charge for cooked breakfast items described as a la carte. The bar was never staffed or open during our stay and requests for daytime drinks seldom delivered. The biggest disappointment related to the food supplied at both breakfast and dinner. In both cases a poor choice of items for a four star graded hotel. The food was invariably cold to tepid ,never hot. The quality of meat very poor, large amounts of gristle. Soups thick and cold and desserts no choice at all and again basic. Overall an hotel to use for bed and breakfast at best if travelling with an organised tour group. Maybe if independent traveller you may fare better if you can pay the extras. A real shame as the location is ideal. This hotel needs to up,its game in the catering department asap. Would not stay here again.

Pokey rooms. No mirror or bin in room except bathroom. Only shelf space was winder-sill. Have to keep hand on button in shower to keep water flowing. No drawers. Food was awful apart from the breakfast which was passable. Only if wanted any cooked was an extra cost. The pool and sun loungers were 20 euro….ive never heard of this anywhere else I’ve been….scandalous. The bar in the lounge area was never open. Would never recommend to anyone..

Eden Bleu exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how spotlessly clean the entire property was—truly immaculate. The modern design throughout the hotel added a fresh, sleek feel that made the stay even more enjoyable. Buffet style breakfast with plenty to choose from and lovely lunch/dinner menu too. The standout feature, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing recommendations, handling requests, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, their helpfulness and attention to detail were truly commendable. One other highlight was the convenient shuttle service to and from the railway station. This saved us the hassle of navigating public transport or arranging taxis. It was a great added touch to an already outstanding experience. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. With its superb facilities, pristine cleanliness, modern vibe, and wonderful staff, it’s easily one of the best stays I’ve had. Superb views from the roof top terrace and very handy for the marina and ferry departures.

### Hidden Treasure of Naples During a spontaneous trip to Sorrento, we booked a stay at the Eden Bleu hotel and discovered a delightful gem in the quaint town of Vico Equense. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Eden Bleu provided exemplary customer service. Manager Pasquale is a standout, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional, both within the hotel and in exploring the best beaches, activities, and dining options, including a personal introduction to Michelin chef.. His exceptional leadership is clearly reflected in his team. Front desk staff Andrea and Marco are not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating, making you feel right at home. Vincenzo and Alfonso create a dining experience that is a food lover's dream. Vincenzo, in particular, offers a rich cultural journey through the region’s cuisine and history, often anticipating your needs before you even realize them. The hotel itself is a stunning oasis maintained in immaculate condition. The breakfast selection is seemingly endless, ensuring a perfect start to each day. Cocktails by the pool come with a delightful assortment of snacks, adding to the luxurious experience. Housekeepers keep your room fresh daily, making it feel as if you’ve just checked in each time you return. This has been, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've had in 30 years of traveling. Eden Bleu has set a new standard for hospitality, making it a 10-star stay with satisfaction guaranteed.
